The first time I visited Mont Tremblant I was around ten or eleven years old. I don’t remember much of that trip aside from working on puzzles with my friend, Abby, while we stayed in her aunt’s chalet. Last year I had the chance to revisit thanks to a regional work meeting being held in the ski resort town.
My coworkers and I found ourselves there in August, so alas there was no snow or snow-related fun to be had, but it was still beautiful nonetheless. It really is a quaint little village with the feel of an Alpine town. It’s one of Canada’s little gems, and the multitude of visitors it receives each year attests to this fact.
I can’t ski or snowboard for the life of me, but maybe one winter I’ll visit to see what it looks like under a blanket of snow.
