First off, I’d like to congratulate all of the LBLers for making it through the week! Only a few more minutes to go before your challenge is over. What’s your first meal going to be? Are you going to eat something delicious at the stroke of midnight? Or are you too fatigued from hunger that all you want to do is sleep? Whatever you do to celebrate, congratulations on participating in the Live Below the Line challenge this week and for putting yourselves in the shoes of those who have no choice but to survive like this on a daily basis.
In sum, I was pretty lethargic all day (even had to “rest my eyes” at my desk for about five minutes), a little headachy, hungry, there were plenty of “rumblies in my tumblies”; basically everything I had become accustomed to this past week.
For the past few hours I’ve been working on transcribing the interview I did this evening with Ennis Esmer, and didn’t realize what time it was. I have to work in the morn’, so I probably have to call it quits. I just wanted to give a quick shout out to my fellow LBLers before I went to bed, so again, congrats!
I’ll be continuing on with the challenge tomorrow, which is when my true strength will be put to the test. Honestly, I should have taken into consideration the fact that I work at a bakery on the weekends when I decided to extend my challenge. Must. Be. Strong.
Wish me luck and have a good night, folks! 🙂
